Diet Food for a 17 Yr Old

I absolutely do not know what to call this dish, but it has vegetables, and meat, and eggs; and no rice in it. So it works for my diet.

First you have to boil the egg of course then slice it into any shape you want, and fry the sausage, or any meat as a matter of fact.

The vegetable mix is tricky though. You have to chop up some onions, and mushrooms, and corn kernel, and let it sizzle in olive oil. While waiting for that to set, mix pineapple jam or sauce with warm water (ratio is 3:2), and then add soy sauce (ratio to the pineapple sauce+water mix is 3:1); and a little sugar won’t hurt.
Add the broccoli and baby corn to the sizzling mushrooms, corn, and onions, then add the pineapple-soy sauce mixture and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add some salt and pepper, and ta-da! It’s done.

I honestly did this out of the blue. I just took ingredients I could find in the kitchen. Besides, I’m no gym trainer, chief or dietitian, but this works for me. Hope it does to you too!
