I personally believe that every person CAN be as stupid as Mr. Bean and as smart as Albert Einstein at the same time. But I also know for a fact that not every person is ACTUALLY WILLING to be humble enough to stand down or to be brave enough to learn more— this is why stupidity and capability conflict.
